NJ Department of Agriculture urges drivers to share the road safely with farm vehicles

NEW JERSEY – With spring temperatures warming, the New Jersey Department of Agriculture is reminding drivers that more farm vehicles are now on the road.

The Department is asking motorists to have patience when driving behind farm machinery as farmers move their equipment from one location to the next.

“Remember it’s infinitely better to be a minute or two late for something rather than not arriving at all,” the Department said in a statement.

A video has also been shared offering tips on how to safely share the road with farm vehicles.
